InstagramKeeping a commitment matters, but a promise should not require concealing harm or accepting an impossible responsibility. The context of what was agreed deserves consideration.
Keep Secrets and Promises is a hypnosis recording from Uncommon Knowledge, supplied through Hypnosis Downloads. It concerns a chosen theme for personal reflection rather than an individual assessment or a guaranteed change in ability or behaviour.
Reliability with room for safeguarding and honest limits
This may interest someone considering a reflective audio alongside practical choices and suitable support. The suggestions below are options to consider, rather than effects that listening is guaranteed to produce.
Points to consider
You might clarify what you have promised, communicate early if you cannot fulfil it and seek appropriate advice where confidentiality is involved. A child or vulnerable person should not be pressured to keep an unsafe secret.
The recording cannot determine legal or professional confidentiality duties. Secrecy must not prevent reporting abuse, obtaining medical care or seeking urgent help when someone is at risk.

Frequently asked questions
Must I keep a secret if someone may be harmed?
No. Safety and appropriate safeguarding help take priority over a demand for secrecy.
What if I cannot fulfil a promise?
Where appropriate, communicate promptly and consider a practical repair or renegotiation rather than pretending the commitment will be met.
Is a particular result or listening schedule guaranteed?
No. Responses vary, and there is no guaranteed outcome or number of listens. A recording cannot provide individual assessment or replace suitable support. Listen only somewhere safe, away from driving, equipment and other tasks requiring attention, and stop if discomfort or distress increases.
Where can I check the price and purchase terms?
The linked Hypnosis Downloads page provides the current price, product details, access information and applicable purchase and refund terms. That website handles the sale and supplies the recording.
