InstagramKnowing that a conversation will upset someone can make it tempting to delay or soften the message until its meaning disappears. Care and clarity can both have a place.
Breaking Bad News is a self-hypnosis recording from Uncommon Knowledge, sold through Hypnosis Downloads. The recording focuses on the emotional challenge of delivering unwelcome information.
Preparation for a sensitive conversation
This may interest you before a personal or work conversation where the facts are already clear. It does not provide clinical, employment or legal training.
Points to consider
You can check the information, choose an appropriate setting and explain the essential point plainly. You can allow time for questions without promising an outcome you cannot control.
The recording cannot prevent distress or guarantee a calm response. Professional conversations still need the appropriate procedures and expertise.

Frequently asked questions
Will this stop the other person becoming upset?
No. Their reaction cannot be controlled, and difficult feelings are not proof that the conversation was handled badly.
Does it replace professional communication training?
No. Medical, employment and other formal situations may require specific training and procedures.
Does listening replace practising the skill?
No. This is an optional self-help recording, not individual coaching. Its theme can sit alongside practical changes, but no particular result or number of listens is guaranteed.
Where can I check the price and purchase terms?
The linked Hypnosis Downloads page provides the current price, product details, access information and applicable purchase and refund terms. That website handles the sale and supplies the recording.
