A general collection with clinical limits
These audios cannot assess symptoms or create an individual treatment plan. Healthcare and suitable professional support take priority over any general suggestion in a recording.
Points to consider
You could consider one present-day need, such as a boundary or access to support. Trauma-informed professional care may offer a more suitable starting point than general listening.
The pack cannot treat PTSD, recover accurate hidden memories or establish responsibility for past events. Stop if it is distressing; healing language is not a guarantee of recovery.

Frequently asked questions
Can hypnosis reveal what really happened in my past?
No. It is not a reliable method of retrieving or verifying memories.
Should I check for recordings I already own?
Yes. Packs can overlap with other packs and individual downloads. Compare the seller’s current contents with your purchases before deciding whether the collection is useful.
Does buying a pack guarantee better results?
No. A collection does not guarantee an outcome, faster progress or a particular response. You do not have to follow an intensive listening schedule.
Where can I check the price, contents and purchase terms?
The linked Hypnosis Downloads page provides the current pack contents, price, access information and applicable purchase and refund terms. That website handles the sale and supplies the recordings.
