InstagramFear about pregnancy can sit alongside a wish for children, uncertainty or a decision not to become pregnant. Your choice deserves respect without an assumption that everyone has a natural wish for motherhood waiting to be released.
Fear of Pregnancy is a hypnosis recording from Uncommon Knowledge, supplied through Hypnosis Downloads. It is considered here as an optional adult listening experience, rather than a medical intervention or a guarantee about pregnancy, birth or recovery.
Personal choice alongside appropriate support for fear
Discuss suitability with a relevant healthcare professional if considering the recording alongside care. A general audio cannot assess individual risks, and it should not replace appointments, monitoring or prescribed treatment.
Points to consider
You might identify which aspects concern you and discuss them with a suitable healthcare professional or therapist. Reliable information and a conversation about options can be useful whether or not you choose pregnancy.
The recording cannot treat severe fear or trauma, decide whether pregnancy is right for you or guarantee confidence. It must not be used to pressure someone towards pregnancy or to override reproductive choices.

Frequently asked questions
Does this assume I should want a pregnancy?
No. Wanting, not wanting or being uncertain about pregnancy are choices to consider on your own terms.
Can this replace care for severe pregnancy-related fear?
No. Significant distress may need individual assessment and appropriate support.
Is a particular result or listening schedule guaranteed?
No. Responses vary, and there is no guaranteed outcome or number of listens. Use a comfortable, safe resting setting, never while driving or caring for a baby. Discuss any use during a procedure or labour with the maternity team so communication and care are maintained. Stop if uncomfortable; new symptoms or urgent concerns need appropriate clinical help.
Where can I check the price and purchase terms?
The linked Hypnosis Downloads page provides the current price, product details, access information and applicable purchase and refund terms. That website handles the sale and supplies the recording.
