InstagramWatching a child perform can bring pride, nerves and a wish for things to go well. You can support their participation without treating the result as a measure of your parenting or their worth.
Watching Your Child Perform is a hypnosis recording from Uncommon Knowledge, supplied through Hypnosis Downloads. It is aimed at the adult’s experience of parenting or caring, rather than an intervention to change a child.
Support that keeps the child’s experience in view
This may interest an adult considering a reflective listening experience alongside practical support. The suggestions below are options to consider, rather than effects the recording is guaranteed to produce.
Points to consider
You might ask what support they want, respect the organiser’s rules and keep comments focused on the experience rather than a demand to win. Giving space after an event can be useful if they do not want to discuss it immediately.
The recording cannot improve the child’s performance or guarantee your calmness. Listening should happen separately from the event, never when your attention is needed for supervision or transport.

Frequently asked questions
Will my anxiety determine my child’s result?
No. A result has many influences and is not a simple reflection of your feelings.
Should I insist on discussing the performance straight away?
No. You can consider the child’s wishes and allow time before a conversation.
Is a particular result or listening schedule guaranteed?
No. Responses vary, and there is no guaranteed outcome or number of listens. This is an adult recording, not an assessment or treatment for a child. Listen only during a safe break when the child’s care is covered, never while holding, feeding, bathing or supervising a child, driving or doing other tasks requiring attention.
Where can I check the price and purchase terms?
The linked Hypnosis Downloads page provides the current price, product details, access information and applicable purchase and refund terms. That website handles the sale and supplies the recording.
