InstagramA narrow range of comfortable foods can have different explanations. It should not automatically be treated as rudeness, stubbornness or a habit that someone ought to overcome.
Stop Being a Picky Eater is a hypnosis recording from Uncommon Knowledge, sold through Hypnosis Downloads. The recording is presented around food preferences, but it cannot assess sensory needs, nutritional adequacy or an eating disorder.
Understanding needs before trying to change preferences
This may interest an adult curious about a preference-themed audio. Significant avoidance can involve sensory experiences, fear of choking or vomiting, or limited interest in food, and may need assessment for ARFID or another difficulty.
Points to consider
A clinician or registered dietitian can help when the range or amount eaten affects health or daily life. Any exploration of a food should respect consent, known allergies and swallowing safety; pressure and surprise ingredients are not appropriate tools.
The recording cannot treat ARFID, guarantee broader food choices or replace nutritional support. A general adult audio should not be assumed suitable for a child.
