Not forming pictures in your mind does not mean you lack imagination. Aphantasia describes an experience of imagery, rather than a personal failure to concentrate.

The seller lists this as Help for Aphantasia, a hypnosis audio from Uncommon Knowledge, sold through Hypnosis Downloads. The seller presents this audio around exploring mental imagery; it cannot promise to create voluntary visual images.

Comfort without overriding symptoms

This may interest someone exploring a recording about their experience of sensations. It cannot test sensory function or establish that a new symptom is harmless.

Points to consider

You can consider whether the description interests you without accepting that your mind needs fixing. Words, concepts, sounds or other forms of thinking may be more natural than visual pictures, and there is no need to force a particular experience.

The recording cannot diagnose or cure aphantasia or verify memories. A new change in your abilities, especially after illness or injury, deserves assessment rather than being assigned a label by an audio.
