A general collection with clinical limits
These audios cannot assess symptoms or create an individual treatment plan. Healthcare and suitable professional support take priority over any general suggestion in a recording.
Points to consider
A healthcare or hearing professional can help assess painful sound, hearing changes or substantial distress. Any audio must stay at a comfortable level; it should not be used as forced exposure.
The pack cannot diagnose hyperacusis or misophonia, restore hearing or guarantee tolerance. Stop if listening causes pain or worsens symptoms, and follow individual advice about hearing protection.

Frequently asked questions
Should I turn the volume up to get used to sound?
No. Do not force exposure to painful or uncomfortable sound. Seek appropriate individual advice.
Should I check for recordings I already own?
Yes. Packs can overlap with other packs and individual downloads. Compare the seller’s current contents with your purchases before deciding whether the collection is useful.
Does buying a pack guarantee better results?
No. A collection does not guarantee an outcome, faster progress or a particular response. You do not have to follow an intensive listening schedule.
Where can I check the price, contents and purchase terms?
The linked Hypnosis Downloads page provides the current pack contents, price, access information and applicable purchase and refund terms. That website handles the sale and supplies the recordings.
