Considering a collection
A pack offers several related listening themes, rather than individual coaching. Consider whether the selection fits your actual interests and whether you already own any of its recordings.
Points to consider
You could distinguish a realistic possibility from a promise, and decide what evidence would change your plan. Persevering is a choice; stopping an unsuitable project can be sound judgement.
The pack cannot guarantee success or make optimism a treatment for illness. You are not responsible for adverse events because you failed to expect the best.

Frequently asked questions
Does perseverance mean I must never stop?
No. Safety, evidence, resources and changing priorities can all justify revising or ending a plan.
Should I check for recordings I already own?
Yes. Packs can overlap with other packs and individual downloads. Compare the seller’s current contents with your purchases before deciding whether the collection is useful.
Does buying a pack guarantee better results?
No. A collection does not guarantee an outcome, faster progress or a particular response. You do not have to follow an intensive listening schedule.
Where can I check the price, contents and purchase terms?
The linked Hypnosis Downloads page provides the current pack contents, price, access information and applicable purchase and refund terms. That website handles the sale and supplies the recordings.
